Research fellow at the Department of Logic, Philosophy, and Methodology of Science at the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, since 2002. Ph.D. thesis on Metaphysical foundations of Moritz Schlick's positive epistemology (09.00.09 – Philosophy of Science, 2004).
Studies fundamental gnoseological, epistemological, ontological, logical questions and phenomena of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) in the light of philosophical phenomenalism, functionalism, and connectionism.
A particular focus is made on the issues of grasping the philosophical meaning of the phenomena of artificial reproduction of specific functions of rational thinking and adaptive acquisition of relevant knowledge about the phenomenally given actuality by means of creating artificial intelligent automata.

Upholds the finding on the fundamental functional convergence between human intelligence and artificial intelligence at the level of the very mechanism of their natural implementation (with differences in degree and material substrate) and insists on the essential dehumanization of the concept of intelligence.
